ENTRY PROCESS
Entries open on Tuesday 1st August at 18:00 AWST.
Entries close on Wednesday 17th July 2024 at 23:59pm AWST unless sold out earlier.
Subject to authority approval, maximum entries are capped at 500 runners.
A waitlist will be put in place should the event sell out.
Any Entrant withdrawing from the Yaberoo Trail Ultra prior to 30th June 2024 will receive a full refund minus the $30 admin fee. Strictly no refund applies for cancellations after this date.
Rollovers to the following year’s event, as an option, also ceases 30th June 2024.
Rollovers are limited to one per entry. Once a rollover has been processed any future refunds are forfeited. All refunds and rollover requests must be emailed to registrations@ultraseries.com.au, any withdrawal notifications received via any other means will not be processed.

AID STATIONS
There will be 3 manned aid stations throughout the course that will provide water, Tailwind, Coke, lollies, crisps and fresh fruit. As we are a single-use plastic-free event, we ask that you please carry a collapsible cup or other vessel to use for drinks when accessing Aid Stations.

If the weather conditions are such that extremes in conditions be experienced, it is recommended the following utilised by the runner:

QUALIFICATION
As this event will be entirely on groomed trail with relatively close aid stations, we do not have any firm qualifications for entry, however trail experience would be beneficial but not a necessity.
CUT OFFS
The event cut off for the new twilight format is 10pm for all distances. We welcome runners and walkers of all abilities.
PARKING
All vehicles will need to park near Windermere Park, 100 Candlewood Blvd, Joondalup and take the short 200m walk to the Burns Beach Rd start line. Please use EXTREME caution crossing Burns Beach Rd.
Due to the location of parking, please ensure when parking and walking to the start line volume is kept to a minimum.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON CORNERS OR ACROSS DRIVEWAYS AS LOCAL RESIDENTS NEED TO SAFELY BE ABLE TO VIEW INTERSECTIONS.

The Yaberoo Ultra relies on team of volunteers to make the race happen. If you would like to help out at the Yaberoo Trail Ultra in 2024 please fill in the form on the website.
Your contribution will go towards our volunteer incentive where you will receive 20% race entry discount (can be accrued) to any of our Ultra Series events nationwide.
